We coined a brand-new term, #Petfished, to drive awareness of deceitful pet sellers. The award-winning campaign launched with a gripping documentary film and grew with PR, paid, and partnership spikes throughout the year.
GamCare TalkBanStop
Our integrated campaign persuaded people with gambling problems to seek help with free behaviour-change tools. It featured real-life stories and content with a celebrity endorsement that helped drive action.
DEFRA Clean Air Zones
Our ‘Cleaner Air Ahead’ creative campaign was quite literally a breath of fresh air. The campaign helped to tackle climate change by informing locals of the introduction of clean air zones in Bath and Birmingham.
DIO Respect the Range
We launched a thrilling new film supported through social, digital and PR to raise the public’s awareness of risks to personal safety when using military land.
COVID-19 response
We delivered crucial information about COVID-19 and developments as they happened. We co-created innovative content with organisations such as BT Tower, Royal Mail, and ITV to help engage hard-to-reach audiences.
Never resting…
Our long-standing relationship with NHS Blood and Transplant has seen us develop innovative integrated campaigns on blood and organ donation. This year, our work with NHSBT sought the support of famous footballers in our Plasma FC campaign that encouraged football fans who had recovered from COVID-19 to donate plasma for treatment trials.
We also made organ donation #YouthCertified with our ‘Own Your Decision’ campaign that was born out of collaborating with young people as our co-creators.
And for Network Rail, we created ‘Parallel Lines’, an absorbing short film that revealed the hidden consequences of trespassing and was covered both locally and internationally.

As part of an independent worldwide network of over 70 agencies, with presence in 40 countries, we have access to in-market agencies and the ability to ensure the effective implementation of global marketing campaigns within a local market. Find out more about the network here.
We grew our PR offering with new wins
After launching our PR offer in February last year, it’s been busy for our PR team with work underway for the Environment Agency, Department for Transport, Cabinet Office, British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, GamCare, Open University and Migrant Help. Our Open University win sees us taking on a multichannel social and PR contract across the four nations. Read more about the win here.

We were panellists at SXSW fringe and UK House, and discussed how brands can step up to deliver purposeful solutions.
We commissioned sustainability research and hosted an event, ‘From My World to The World’, with former CMCO of Unilever, Keith Weed and CEO of the Advertising Association, Stephen Woodford. Listen to our event podcast and download our research here.

We’ve moved!
Our wonderful new office is now located on Dryden Street in Covent Garden. We couldn’t have asked for a better space – fit with lots of light and a red staircase to boot, we can’t wait to share our new hub. See our new location here.
We continue to change behaviours in our backyard
We’re on our way to achieving B-Corp status, we’re making sure we get outside daily (with our latest walking challenge seeing us go the distance of 4,271 miles in 7 weeks) and give ourselves breaks – most recently with a Zoom dance session. We are also running a menopause workshop for our staff to help us better understand each other’s needs.
