Fancy working for an independent agency where you can help brands and causes to make a genuine difference to the world?
We're the creative agency that changes behaviour for the better.
We know that getting people to do something (and do it now) is the most powerful way to change how they feel or think about a brand or a cause.
We believe that talented, dedicated people with a genuine passion for behaviour change are our greatest asset. We're proud to say that we've recently been awarded IPA CPD Gold accreditation for our outstanding professional development programme.

We’re looking for a highly organised and pro-active individual who can:
Work very closely with the CEO to ensure that her working life runs as smoothly as possible.
Through extensive diary management, play a key role in helping her to plan and manage her diary, liaising with contacts directly and through their PAs.

With your proactive, can-do attitude, offer the rest of the management team assistance when they need it, with time-sheets and expenses, and diary management, for example.
Remain calm when under pressure with exceptional organisational skills that enable you to multi-task and prioritise, planning ahead and devising contingency plans when appropriate.
