With your cross-discipline planning capability (including brand, campaign and creative planning), you develop relevant and targeted brand strategies, creative propositions and campaign plans for existing clients and new business opportunities.
You gather relevant intelligence and insight for all planning needs, through market-place, competitor set, brand and consumer reviews.
You develop concise, compelling arguments, simplifying the complex quickly and presented persuasively.
You bring a knowledge of behaviour change techniques and how they can be used creatively to achieve business objectives.
Using your knowledge of evaluation and research methodology, you commission research and conduct qualitative research when required.
You work closely with the account management to lead the account and its strategic direction, and you work closely with creative teams to inspire and guide them to ensure best possible creative solutions.
You guide the strategic development of junior colleagues from across the agency.
