We've helped Government departments and other public sector organisations with a range of challenges, including:

  • Foreign & Commonwealth Office's 'Know Before You Go' campaign
  • HM Revenue and Customs' Child Trust Fund initiative
  • Financial Services Authority's 'What About Money?' campaign

These diverse projects had one thing in common - they needed to engage with hard-to-reach audiences who didn't want to listen to the Government. We found out what was important to each different audience and who they were prepared to listen to, and used these insights to start conversations.
